Old Friends (Beatdown)

Meg and Vic quickly clean up the escort, not quite what she had in mind but there was no complaining now. They could focus on the truck, but now they were aware of the duo trying to get aboard. The massive vehicle begins swerving left and right, becoming a danger to them.

The truck was too much of a hassle, and it wasn't theirs anyway, so Meg shredded the tires with a machine pistol on her bike. The truck would be forced to come to a halt, narrowly avoiding a power line. Meg also disembarked from her cycle.

The ones driving the truck didn't come out. Meg gestured Vic to check it out, gun in hand. "...They're probably getting their weapons ready. Take the passenger side, I'll deal with the driver." And with that Meg took the far side of the truck. Vic meahwhile, once he investigated the the passenger side, would find an unconscious woman with long raven hair, wearing more casual attire.

Vic would be surprised at the fact that they didn't have bulletproof tires! How unprepared they were. Wait. That'd mean that they weren't ready for an attack like this. Piece of cake.

"I got this. For Donny!" Vic would whisper shout as he sneaks around to the passenger side door. As he got close he'd see an unconscious woman. However, the door was kicked open, flying off its hinges and into Victor. Out stepped a beast of a woman, not the frail unconscious one he had seen earlier. The lady would crack her neck side to side like the ol' movie cliche. As his combat boots hit the ground, a small rumble was felt through the ground.

"Ruh roh."

The woman would swing one of his massive fists, Vic barely dodging. He was already a bit damaged from getting hit by a car. His finger was also snapped back from the concussive blast from earlier. That probably wasn't the brightest move.

"I'm not afraid to hit you since it was provoked! Also... FOR DONNY!"

Vic would grit his teeth through the pain and run up to the now tanky woman, throwing out his fist with about half the power of the car hitting him. She grabbed his fist, the power travelling through her arm and being dispersed.

"Tickles."

The woman would smirk and snap back Vic's hand, causing him to drop to a knee. Vic would cry out before being gut punched into a car travelling behind him. He'd fly into the moving vehicle and bounce off, falling to his knees. Back, stomach, hand, and finger on his other hand. All damaged bits of his body. Not too many options.

"Shoulda brought a gun! Oh wait!"

He'd pull out the firearm only for it to be crushed by the beast who was surprisingly fast despite her now massive size. Vic was conked on the head by a massive fist, going into a dazed state. Sure, he was storing up power from these attacks, but he couldn't use it if he didn't have body parts for it... He'd notice her wacky hair. Like a witch or something... Long and unkempt. Idea!

"A little help! I have an idea, but–"

Vic was promptly lifted over her head and thrown back into the truck. He'd wheeze, barely being able to get up. He had a plan, but this gal was on him! Hopefully Meg had something in mind to keep her distracted! Maybe then he could put this plan into action...

Their scuffle had sent Beatdown sprawling against the truck, and the woman approached, keeping her distance.

The Hair Witch gestured with her hand, and her hair promptly extruded into a large appendage, reaching to wrap around Beatdown's neck. The hair would prove to have immense strength, but she more interested in restraining him rather than killing him outright. For now.

"Who are you? Why have you attacked us without provocation? Who sent you???" She asked, speaking in a breathy, eastern-european accent. Any thoughts about her appearance would be superseded by the fact she was going to choke someone with her twisted magical hair.

Over at the truck, gunshots were heard, as Meg 'handled' the driver. The witch sighed in irritation, awaiting Victor's response.

"Like I'd tell you, scum!" Vic would struggle against the hair, but it was itchy with crawly bits. It also got tighter around his neck as he struggled. He was in a tight spot. But he had yet to show off one of his more powerful moves. He was saving it as a last resort, but now seemed like a good time.

"You're a strong meta, I give you that. However, how strong are your eardrums?" Donny would use an eighth of his current power, the recent damage he'd taken, plus some of the remaining damage stored up from getting hit by the car originally, to loosen up the hair's grip and open up his airways.

Finally, he'd send everything remaining into his vocal muscles in order to produce the loudest scream he could possibly produce. His own ears would be ringing afterwards, and despite her keeping her distance, the lady's ears would probably be feeling the effects of the scream. Glass from the truck that was unbroken would shatter from the pure power leaving his mouth.

He began to speak, but no sound was produced. His voice was done for. Hopefully his healing would come into play soon. Vic also couldn't hear anything, so if Meg was talking, he had no clue. He just had to pray that this lady was stunned.

She was not prepared for a sonic attack for sure, and the second the sound hit her ears her hands were on them, in a feeble attempt to block it out. Her hair also recoiled back to her, her concentration broken.

Meg soon appeared after Vic delivered his super scream, and took the lady down with a tazer to her torso. The Hair witch was promptly on the ground, twitching. Her hair was strong but the body was not. A few zip-tie cuffs and the witch was completely hog-tied.

"Good job, Vic! Now we can get the package." Meg came over to congratulate Victor, not realizing he was deaf. She gestured him to follow into the truck- it was their truck now. Meg started up the large vehicle to take it and Victor back to their home base. At least now they could take a break.

Victor looked at the recoiling woman and smirked. It worked. It actually worked! And to add to the fun, Meg came in and performed a great take down move, tasing the witch. All good fun. Soon, the screen was cleaned up with the hair witch tied up. Victor, his body aching and all after the incident would limp over and give the woman a swift, but not too strong kick.

"Work your body so you don't have to rely on your powers." He tried to pass on helpful advice, but it came out as a croaking noise. He couldn't tell due to his damaged ears, but the woman glared at him for some reason. Meh. Everyone's a critic.

Meg quickly gestured to him and he attempted a reply. He was so pumped up on adrenaline, that when he calmed down, his throat was in agony. He clawed at it, gritting his teeth. He'd limp over to the vehicle and crawl in the passenger side. He'd just wait for Meg to drive off while he tried to fight back the pain...
