What's the power level here?

Hello I'm new to this place and also to roleplaying.
I wanted to know what the usual power level for the characters is, I want to make a weak villain but I don't want to get immediatly destroyed either.

I'm making a character application but I have no real rp experience so do I leave The RP Sample section empty? Or am I not allowed to join?

I'm not sure if you're aware, but we have a discord.
As for RP sample, I advise writing as the character you are applying with. Give us an intro post, essentially, showing the basic level of skill that you have as a writer.
So to answer your question, yes an RP sample is required for your first character.
I advise checking your Private Messages on the site. You will have received a message with links to our rules and system book - be sure to give them a read. They answer a lot of your questions.
