Reason for this quest:
Explanation of quest A metahuman has been gathering a cult following as of late, and the following has been growing more violent as of late. This following comes in the form of bioterrorist attacks, typically in largely populated areas in high profile cities, the likely target next going to be Chicago. These fanatics seem to follow an enigmatic figure known as “The Earth mother” and tend to do whatever their will is, accompanied by strange mutated plants that suggest their power. Regardless of this detail, their behavior had drawn the attention of an agent of The Agency by the name of Agent Nemesis who had taken a personal interest in the assignment, and as such he began to research into this problem. It was this research that lead him to Chicago.

Basically, you should:

Task 1 Either investigate the occurrences and confront the cultist behind the strange events.
Task 2 Have a reason to research further into the matter.
Task 3 Be capable of dealing with powerful metahuman threats.[so atleast a 30 grid]
Task 4 possibly team up to deal with “The Earth Mother”.

Miscellaneous information
As I hate it when quests die, you will typically have a 4 day grace period between posts, and time past that without a note of leave would lead to skipping. However you may return within the next posting cycle, so long as you have not been skipped twice already.

While it is alright for a villain to join the topic, good inclined individuals and true neutral and lawful neutral types are more likely to flourish in this quest.

Only two others will be accepted, and if more apply, two will be chosen from the pool of applicants.
