Prime smirked a little bit, then pointed over towards a thug sitting against a building. "He might be of some use... Anyone want to give it a shot?"

Prime then feels that he is wearing a metal necklace, he uses his power and then drags the thug over to the group by the neck. He then plops him down in the center of the group.

Overload smiled and began juggling electricity among his fingers. Weaves and G had begun walking so he called out to them.

"We've got one here, guys..." Looking back to the thug.

"So... Where have your friends been hiding?" he said, charging a blast and pointing it into the thugs face.

"I suggest you respond quickly. I have a hunger for pain."

Yumo turned when he heard overload's voice but they had already gotten the man. Yumo stood their and waited as they interrogated the man. He looked at the moon and noticed something fly by it. He stared for a minute as it made several turns in the air before it glided across vanishing into a maze of buildings.

Lincoln turned back around as the other thugs vanished from sight, they had officially gotten away. Well now that everything rested on this interrogation he might as well be there for it. Lincoln turned recovering the small distance he had walked coming to rest beside Prime and Overload.

Overload noticed G walking back, but something had caught Weaves attention.
"Weaves!" he called, "What are you looking at?! Get over here."

Yumo looked over to Overload and the people. I smiled and began to walk forward until prime said interrogate. In seconds he was in front of the man and his hand smashed into the guys side. He cut his hand with a knife nearby. He then proceeded to push his hand slowly into the mans side using his blood to seal off the wound he was making.

"If you don't give my friend his information I will continue to hurt you, Got it." Yumo said as he licked his teeth.

Overload scoffed and grabbed the mans leg and sent a bolt through it. He wasn't about to let Weaves have all the fun. Looking to Weaves, he snarled. "Friend? We're not friends, Weaves. We're just in a situation together, got it?" Overload smiled at him, then nodded.

Sending another bolt, he screamed in the mans face again. "Where. Are. They. Going?"

The man began to sweat heavily, but wouldn't speak. Noticing the necklace on the man, he looked to Prime. "Get your ass over here! Choke him!"
Looking to Weaves, he nodded. "Anyway you can slow this guys heart beat a bit?"

"And how is he supposed to speak if he's being chocked, shocked, and cut at the same time?" These guys were bloodthirsty amateurs when it came to interrogations. Then again he himself had done worst things when push came to shove during WWII.

"Regardless I do believe he's ready to talk now, or at least any normal person would be." Lincoln said this walking over to the man, knocking off both overload and Weaver as he lifted him up slightly of his feet with one hand, Lincoln pointing his revolver at his head with the other.

"Now if you would kindly explain where the hell you live we'll be on our way." And Lincoln did suspect after this that he would talk if not he might as let the man go, or shoot him. No normal person who was going to talk would resist after being tortured even for a short period by meta-humans, it was just to much of a shock, in this case thanks to Overload that phrase was quite literal. Though if he did talk he would be free to go, and of course if Lincoln ever saw him again he would put a bullet in his brain, simple as that.

Walked Right Into It (open) - Page 3 Empty Re: Walked Right Into It (open)

Post by samstan2100 November 28th 2013, 9:34 pm

The man screamed out in pain as the three of them stood over him, blood thirsty animals... whoever these sickos were... they knew how to hurt a man bad...

"I... I live... I live in the south village with my crew... used to be about 200 of us... but I'm sure you guys have managed to knock our army down to 100... maybe more... maybe less... but the real threat is our boss... New guy, real big and strong... like a gorilla... but that's not the worst part... he, he somehow controls the power of fire... it's insane, I don't really understand him, but then again, I don't think anyone has the balls to confront him about it either. So what are you guys going to do now? Leave, and never return?"

Prime was the first to answer the thug, "No. We're going pay your buddies a visit, a very, very painful visit... for them. You guys with me?"

Prime turns around and walks away towards the south village, towards the monsters. These assholes had to be stopped... anyway, anyhow, they had to be stopped. Before anyone else could finish the job Prime uses his power to grab ahold of the necklace and put it on a street post hanging the man from his neck.

"Anyone want to take him down... be my guest... I'm done with the scum."

Overload was shocked at G's response to his asking to hurt the criminal. This man was scum, as Prime put it, and deserved all the pain that he could take. Overload also couldn't believe that Prime was asking someone to take the thug out. It was out of Prime's league.

Overload smiled. "Good, Prime. You're learning. This man IS scum. He's worthless to society, to everyone." Overload stepped toward him. "take him."

Post by Nathaniel A. Lincoln November 28th 2013, 9:46 pm

"Not even animals torture their prey." Lincoln said this raising his gun and moved his eyes quickly to the side making sure the shot was lined up and fired. All without turning his body or head to face the hanging man. Scum or not no one but the worst deserved to hang on the verge of life for hours. And those who did would get much more than that in hell. Maybe Lincoln felt this way because because he himself had been tortured before, or because he had been hung. Then again what hadn't been done to him in his two hundred years.

"Lets go and from now on for the record we're not beasts and neither are they."
The way those animals had tortured the man had started to piss him off, and now Overload suggesting that Prime do more was just sadistic, before he could put it behind him he had to say something. Even before he had finished talking though he was off walking towards south village. These kids knew nothing about what real scum was. Real scum was killing hundreds of people because of their belief in the same God. Scum was poisoning kids and women. Scum was burning your own congregation sending them to hell with the promise of salvation. This man was just a little pollution compared to that.

Walked Right Into It (open) - Page 3 Empty Re: Walked Right Into It (open)

Post by samstan2100 November 28th 2013, 10:07 pm

Prime was walking pretty fast up ahead of everyone else. He stopped in an alley way for a second and threw up. All of those people he had just killed... why? For what purpose? Then... a scary realization came to the forefront of his mind... There was none.

He wiped him mouth of the vomit and walked back out to the street, where he met up with Overload and Governor... yet Blood Weaver was no where to be found...

He sighed and nodded his head, then kept walking, he was praying to god in the back of his mind that they didn't see how weak or fragile he was, he hadn't had to kill another human being since 2018. But that seemed like ages ago. He was back on track with what the Company had wanted him to do for the rest of his life. No time for flashbacks now.

"You guys know where Blood Weaver went to?" Prime said in a kind of shaking tone, but a sudden strike of sternness washed over him making his voice seem harsher than he wanted it to sound like.

Post by Dannyboyr0x November 28th 2013, 10:17 pm

Overload walked up to Prime and nodded to him. Something had seemed to bother him, but he wasn't going to pursue it. If he needed to talk, he would - and then Overload would harass him. Prime wasn't weak, but he was naïve. A poor young man, cursed with a power that he didn't want, it seemed. But what Prime didn't realize was that he was stronger than humanity. He was a meta-human.

Stepping in front of Prime, he stopped him. "Prime, let me ask you something. You, you're a meta-human. No family, no friends, that we know of. Why the hell are you wasting yourself being society's hero?" Overload stepped behind him. "You're so much better. You've got what it takes to rule the world. So why don't you?" Overload stopped Prime before he could answer. "Because you think that society's way is right. Prime... You're wrong."

Looking to G, Overload couldn't help but laugh. "And you, 'Governor'. You seem to heal pretty fast. What's your excuse? Are you a 'hero'? A villain?" Laughing more, Overload steps away from both of them. "This world is pretty fucked up. And I'm gonna tell both of you something; Good, bad. It's not real. The only thing that's real is what we know; Pain. Anger. Excitement."

Starting to walk away, he finally answered Prime's question. "No. I don't know where Weaves is."

Lincoln was done playing mature with this asshole. Grabbing Overload by the neck and slamming him into a wall, hard enough to shake him but not hard to break or even bruise him...much.

"Matthew 18:1 that's my excuse." Basically spiting the last part and releasing Overload from the wall turning back around to stand beside Prime.

"We won't have problems, we don't need to have problems, I'm here to help not to take your insults." Lincoln really didn't know why he reacted so strongly. Maybe because this kid reminded him off some of the least favorite men he had know. Soldiers like him were always the first to gloat, and the first to run, or die.

Prime just walked backwards... not wanting to get involved. Overload was slammed hard against the wall, but of course he has been through worse. Prime just shook his head and decided to be on the fence with this one, neither side was right, or wrong. The small squabble between the guys wasn't the main focus of the group right now... finding Blood Weaver was... Probably nothing, but for some reason finding this kid was important to him.

"Guys.... just stop the fighting we need to find Blood Weaver before we go any further... Governor... just... let him go for now, you and him can fight later if you want to."
