Personality:
Clayton is a little rough around the edges,he has spent 6 years working for the Government and has found that it often requires him to take matters in his own hands to truly stop a problem. Because of the way he has had to handle things he often comes off as bossy, and often times truly is. In a world were super villains run rampant, Clayton had to have sharp wits so he acts well under pressure. He is very loyal, and expects a similar response from the people that he works with, his motto is "In the field I am willing to put my ass on the line for any sonofabitch that is willing to return the favor". Clayton is also a huge fan of western movies and is often quoting them.

History:
Clayton has had an eye for the law since high school, his father was a local police man, and Clayton looked up to his old man's perseverance and his steadfastness in his moral compass. Clayton graduated high school as a normal student, not a straight A student nor a straight D student. He left and immediately wanted to join the police force, after 5 years as a police officer, doing everything from field work to traffic duty he felt as though he could do more. He applied for the federal program, and trained for weeks in case of a call back.

His first year as Federal Marshall was not what he was expecting at all. He had more unsolved cases on his desk than cases put away as solved, the red tape of the Government had stopped him from solving half a dozen open and shut cases. After one years time he got partnered with a newcomer as well name Oscar Owens. The two of them agreed on the fact that the system wasn't working as well as they had hoped. So Clayton took on a new persona, over the years he became rugged and hard headed, and his partner was his voice of reason. But the two of them got results, any case that came by their desks as unsolved they made sure to handle personally. Clayton and Oscar soon found themselves looking directly down the Mutant Response Task Division.

Oscar and Clayton had reached a new point in their careers, they were now expected to hunt and arrest super beings that had broken the law. The two needed some serious upgrades including a large sum of money, , heat resistant and bullet proof SUV equipped with a cow plow. In light of the task put ahead of them however the government trained the two extensively, their skills in fighting are very impressive. No longer held back by red tape, the two of them set off to do the jobs they had always wanted.

K', so, my main issue with this is the picture usage! Haha. I'm p sure Archer/The Cowboy has claims on "The Cowboy" as his profile image. Perhaps you could find a face claim, and use the picture you have for the outfit, main "outward" appearance of your character. (Though I doubt it matters too much: Christopher Marks Wyoming "The Cowboy" )

Also, his FS is 7; meaning his reaction time is super human. I understand the dynamics, but you should maybe list the description in his power section.
