Jayce smiled grimly. "Jayce. Jayce Draven." He looked right at Essmerelda. "And I am not gonna get 'gang raped', Miss Hellfire."
Just then, Arinth settled himself on Jayce's head.
"Oh yeah, and this is my mentor, Arinth," he said, looking up at the cat.

"Your mentors. A cat. A fucking PUSSY CAT. What the hell, man. Seriously? I was trained by cranky old men. And you get a fluffy bastard to teach YOU? Wowww . . . " She raised an eyebrow, heaving an exaggerated sigh. Turning back to Lyacan, she replied, "I'm never one for introductions or . . . Socializing, but nice to meet you, I guess."

Lycaon glared at the cat and started to growl a bit. "Yeah it was nice meeting you two. Now That cat shall die."Lycaon said to them and then transformed into a 6' tall pitch black werewolf. "Here kitty kitty."Lycaon said in a half growl half human voice and then barked at the cat. He tensed and prepared to rip that cat in half.

Essa's eyes widened as she saw 'Eric' materialize into a wolf in a matter of seconds . . . It was shocking, but intriguing. She KNEW there was something oddly alluring about this man--Well, lycan. But, Essa wasn't alarmed or scared in the least--She knew plenty about being different and having odd abilities. "Hey, Eric, calm down." She blinked, putting a hand cautiously on the werewolf's furry shoulder. "Don't eat his pussy, 'kay?"

Arinth hissed and unfolded his wings...
And Jayce backed away, unsheathing his knife.
"Ah... that's what you do. Well, don't kill him, okay... you seem nice, and I don't want to have to hurt you, and..."
Jayce's eyes widened. He looked at Hellfire.
"I'm not a girl!"

Lycaon sighed and ignored everything the boy said. His prey had flown off so he didn't care. "Whatever."Lycaon muttered and then returned to his normal form. He rollled his shoulder a bit and got rid of the discomfort that was there. But he didn't care about Essa's hand.

Even after that, Essa didn't seem to notice her hand abd simply kept it on his shoulder as she cast a stone cold glare over the younger hero. "We're all allies, so put the damn knife away, kid. You haven't seen MY powers, so i suggest you don't provoke me. It's been proven that I am a bad person to have as an enemy. Now." She glanced almost cautiously at Eric. "Uh . . . Are you okay . . . ?"

"hey, I wasn't gonna use it anyway," Jayce said, sliding the knife away. "It was only a precaution."
Arinth came back and perched ontop of a building.
"Look, sir werewolf," he said. "we are all allies. So please, refrain from killing me."
Jayce grinned. "Did I mention he's the reincarnated spirit of my ancestor?"

Lycaon glared at the kid for pulling his knife. "Damn asshole."Lycaon muttered then turned his head slightly towards Essa and listened to her question. "Yeah I'm fine."Lycaon said to her.

"Are you sure--Changing forms like that looks like it hurts . . . Not that I would knwo, but my powers have caused me a good amount of pain as well. So, you're . . . A lycan? Interesting, you're the fisrt one I've met . . . " She commented, slowly removing her hand and then shoving both back into her pockets. Essa's hands and legs still had the ugly burn scars . . . Her arms were healed pretty well, but her right hand had hands on the palms, her left had a few on her wrist, adn her legs were simply scarred. Period. Essa was never one to be modest or shy--but those burns brought back memories she didn't need.

"My powers used to cause pain. Not so much anymore though. And I'm not exactly a lycan, I just refer to myself as one so people dont ask question. But that's a story for another day."Lycaon said to her. He then turned his head back to the boy and his winged cat, spirit whatever. "Call me sir werewolf and I wont hold back when I rip you in half. You either call me Eric or Lycaon you stupid cat."Lycaon said to the thing.

"Oh, come on, lets leave the boy and his winged pussy alone. He's on our side, I think." Essa snickered slightly. "So, were you born into a pack of lycans or . . . Is that classified information?" She questioned, nudging him as she began to walk to beckon for him to go with her. This Eric guy was interesting--Plus Essa had never met a lycan. As for Jayce, well, she had no morals or interests in talking to a teenager. She was nearly 30--Kids weren't her thing. Especially if they had talking cats. Essa was a allergic to cats.

"Alright then, Eric," Arinth said. "And I would appreciate it if you refained from ripping me in half."
Jayce nodded. "Alright... but Arinth's not a girl either..."
"Anyway, who are the villains in this tow... Hey, wait up!"
Jayce ran after them, Arinth trailing behind.

"As far as my family is concered it's classified. But when it comes to heroes nothings classified. My story is pretty simple. I am a test tube born result of a group of genetists working to gether to fuse wolf and human DNA. They called me Lycaon after some random greek myth that I didn't care to remember. But that's beside the point I guess. Anyway, I had my first change when I was about thirteen during the Full moon in August. It hurt like hell, no pun intended. But as the years past it got easier to deal with the pain and now I can change whenever I want without so much more as mild discomfort in some of my joints. And I have been wandering around the world ever since my family said I was ready to leave. Now if only people could except me for being a monster then it would be much easier to deal with life."Lycaon said to Essa as he walked beside her. He glanced at random groups of people as he talked thinking of how lucky they must feel to not be a freak.

For a moment, the massive woman stopped walking and glanced at the pavement. She knew all about wanting people to accept her for being a mutation of chemicals . . . She knew how it felt to not have an official family and to be left on her own . . . "Well, on the bright side, you at least look normal as a human. Look at me--I'm like this all the time. I don't have a second form that I could just shift to. I wish I could--Hell, I'd give anything to be a normal 27 year old . . . "

Jayce caught up to them and walked beside them.
"Let me guess... your father was a douche?"
