Personality:
He is a leader type, always trying to take command, but he also knows when to quit. Also, he can be hot-headed sometimes, and even rude, but he always comes back and does the right thing. He likes to play chess, relax, drink a nice cup of tea, and talk on the phone with his grandma in Russia. He is a family person.

History:
Born in Russia he grew up in a small town called ****. He was never treated harshly as a child by his parents and never got into trouble. He was born intelligent, and did very well in school. At an early age he left home seeking the meaning for his life and found himself in the United Stats. By the age 19 he was a Professor at ***** University, and became quite renown.
At 20, he joined the CIA and became an agent. This didn't last very long, the steep he took revealed too much. He got the, 'down low' on what the US and other countries were doing behind the scenes, but not before he was trained and had a grand knowledge about how the special organization worked and operated. His intelligent mind came in handy thought his experience.
He was also born with the ability to create and control fire. He didn't like to use it till he started to get involved with the secret groups. Then he became known from the heat he could generate, and how many people he could kill in one fire out brake; all the people he killed deserved it. This level of renown stretched all over the world, as an agent he travailed to meany places, luckily using a disguise when deployed.
Now he is 42. Sneaking around in the shadows. Despite being a good guy, he is wanted by a lot of countries. His intelligence and skills give him the means to survive, and do it quite well. He owns a few businesses, and corporations, all under a alias of course, but he gets the money that he is after.

Fire manipulation: He can create and control fire at will.
Intelligence: He was born with it. And plus all of the studying while in the CIA.
