The Ranger gets an unexpected visit

The Ranger rolls his eyes not listening already knowing all, well most of it at least, any way having his own little information on these things. "Yes I bet the judge would like to know these little details if I had not already told him what you have just told me." He says as he walks over to her putting his arrow back in the quiver, bow slung over his back as he looks around trying to find something to hold this girl down figuring she isn't that strong based on her body shape and the lack of muscles in her arms and legs. He sees a couple things lying around on a table and hooks them together making his own makeshift handcuffs. He walks back over to her quickly ripping off the duck tape and putting her hands behind her back as he hooks them onto her. "Also, I have basically the entire mob locked up already so getting the rest won't be that hard. As you've probably noticed they have not been very active for a couple months." He stands up making her come up with him watching her movements and everything. "Now don't try any funny business unless you want a dagger in your side, I may not kill but maiming and seriously injuring that I can defiantly do."

Chloe decided to attempt the same tactic she used on Reaper. She batted her eyelashes and said, "I'm all yours." She swayed her hips provocatively. She made sure every chance she could she rubbed her body against his. She looked to him and said, "But you don't happen to know who they just put in charge, do you? The new guy after you locked the last one up."

The Ranger rolls his eyes as she starts rubbing up against him, oh sure it feels good and what not but on duty nothing stirs him from what he is supposed to do. His face set in stone, expression never changing. "Yea you can give up the act miss assassin." He says pushing her away from him but still holding onto her by the makeshift handcuffs. He sighs softly at what she says next knowing it to be true, but honestly it doesn't seem to matter because the mob has not been doing anything in a couple of months which is perfectly fine to The Ranger. He starts pushing her down the stairs making sure that she is in front of him as they go down, not wanting this little girl to get away from him and back out onto the streets.

"Fine." She grumbled as she shook the cuffs around. They're makeshift, they can't be too tough. Maybe my knife, it's on my belt opposite Ranger. She realized as they made their way again. Her hands found the knife and she began to try and cut the cuffs. She could feel them loosening until one of the objects in it snapped from the knife. She quickly began to run once more.

((he was holding her hands behind her back? Ehh oh well))

The Ranger not feeling her struggle blinks supprised when she breaks free and starts to run off again. "Aww crap, seriously?" He says groaning and sprinting off after her, easily catching her with out even having to run at full speed. He flips out his dagger putting an arm aroubd her neck, the dagger pressed close to her neck if he's successful in catching her off guard "Okay lets try this again." He mutters, of coarse if he doesn't catch her off guard none of this happens.

Chloe felt him catch up. Noticing the only way to get an advantage was to get up to a roof. But before she could do anything she had a knife at her throat. She slowly slipped her own ballistic knife out and turned it around in her hand. "This I believe would be a standoff." She said tapping his leg with her knife.

The ranger blinks as he feels her press something against his leg realizing quickly what it is, looking down at the knife trying to formulate a plan in his head that would get him out of this situation; sadly though nothing seems to be coming to mind. He looks around ignoring her comment about this being a stand off, he quickly pulls out his mini flamethrower and pressing it against her back not knowing how she'll react but wanting to try anyway. "No, see this is where you give up, do as I say and not try to escape again." He mummers softly, at almost a wisper so only she can hear as a crowd starts forming around them, the police quickly pulling up along with the swat team, making a barriar around them so that she has no where to run and the citizens can't get hurt. "So, what'll it be? Going to try something knowing your defeated, or are you going to give in and in about ten to twenty years depending on what you've done you'll go free."

Chloe said, "Fine have it your way." Before pressing the button as the knife goes to his thigh. In the same moment she dropped to the ground and rolled away. Quickly getting up she dashed past the civilians. If she needed, she could grab one. The cops fired at her as She made her way to the nearest building and up the stairs to the top. She stood on the roof ready to jump if needed.

The Cops make the civillians move out of the way as the swat team opens fire on the assassin, following her into the building. The ranger groans as she jabs him in the leg reacting by pulling the dagger back maybe making a cut across her throate, who knows. He stands up wincing at the pain in his leg, taking the dagger out and throwing it to the floor. He stands up and sprints off to behind the building taking the back entrance as the swat takes the front, the snipers outside guns aimed and ready to take her out if the word is given. The Ranger raises his compound bow notching an exploding arrow "Give it up! You got no where to go!" he yells out after her.

"You're right. I don't have anywhere to go. Nowhere, not even prison. So." She said as she looked over the ledge. She shot a bomb at the ground where she stood. "But you're going with me." She said. The timer had 10 more seconds. She quickly glided across the gap and onto another building. She avoided the gunfire from the cops and raced down the stairs of the building. She stayed on the top floor.

The Ranger's eyes widden as she fires off the bomb mentally cursing himself for having been so stupid. Wondering how in the world he didn't see this comming, something as easy and simple minded as that and his big ass brain did not see it. He groans and sprints down the stairs of the building yelling at the swat team to get the hell outa there. He races to the first floor as the bomb explodes rolling out of the building just barely making it out as the building comes crashing down to the ground.

Chloe stayed on the top floor in case she needed to escape. Soon the cops would have this building surrounded. She pulled out her smoke bombs once more and smashed the glass on each side. She launched 2 on each side to the cops causing chaos. She quickly flew across to another building before dropping more smoke on them. She had to get on the first flight to New York.

The Ranger watches horified as she starts bombing his citry, his beautiful city burning once more. He clenches his fists not going to let what happened centuries ago in the civil war repeat it's self here today. He sprints off after the girl, the fire department sptinging into action, showing up on to put out the fires she has started, blasting pressurized water at the buildings to drench them. The swat team scatters knowing there is nothing they can do but hold back the civillians. Leaving this job down to the super powered being. The Ranger raises up the side of the building she is on using his suction cup gloves to scale it, once at the top he turns invisible slipping on his Strength Gauntlets, raising his Strength from a 3 to a 5. He sprints over to her still INVISIBLE as he throws a punch at her back hoping to have the girl fall down and get knocked out, or something to go right.

(it's smoke bombs. I don't kill civilians.)

Chloe felt a hand come in contact with her back. She flew a few feet before crashing into a filing cabinet. She groaned. How am i going to get out of this? She asked herself. Slowly she stood up, her hand on a desk to steady her. Her hand pulled out her pistol but the Ranger was invisible once more. She cursed under her breath and sprinted for the window which she shot, shattering the glass.

(( I thought she through some regular bombs as well? Oh well...my bad))

The Ranger watches her and takes off at a run quickly grabbing her tight clothing pinning her to a wall, he aims a punch intending to hit her gut his strength gauntlets still on intending to knock the wind out of this assassin, this bomber. Not wanting her to escape anymore; if he has his way she will be brought to justice for as long as she deserves.

Chloe felt the hit to the stomach and attempted to keeled over, winded not sure if she could take much more of this. She moaned while being pinned to the wall in pain. Everything hurt, and she still couldn't breath because the Ranger had knocked the wind out of her. At this point she thought getting stabbed may be less painful. She had to do something, she still had to try and escape. She thrashed, Ranger was invisible but pinning her up so he must be in front of her.
