Damian Vs Snake

Damian was waiting outside of a bank in New York for a couple of armed robbers who were supposed to be coming to this bank at about this time, at least according to drug dealer Damian had beaten for information. He began to think they weren't coming, but suddenly a two men wearing balaclavas and holding assualt rifles burst into the bank and fired randomly into the air. Damian ran in after them and tackled the one closest to the door and snapped his neck. Then Damian grew out a long sharp spike bone from his arm and attacked and killed the remaining robber by slicing his head off before he could react.

"Well, that has got to be the worst robbery ever attempted." Damian said as he began wiping the blood off his spike. All the civilians were out of the bank at this point and he was left alone.

Snake was disappointed. The two men he had hired for robbing the bank had been ex-soldiers, but they were killed instantly. But he didn't want just the money, he also wanted the head of the one they called Damian. He walked to the doors of the bank and walked inside.

Damian was suprised to see someone walking into the bank, especially someone dressed in such an abnormal fasion. Who is this? Some kind of Ninja? What the hell is going on here? Damian decided to ask the man a couple of questions.

"Ummm....Who the hell are you and what the hell are you doing here?"

"Oh, you must be the one they call Damian. I know a lot about you. I sent those robbers into the bank to gain your attention." Snake said. He had a smug smile on his face. He stared at the hero right in the eyes, never blinking once.

"Well then I guess your a bad guy........So do I just kill you now or do you want to explain your reasons for getting my attention?" Damian said casually to the smug villain.

"I would rather kill you than explain. Like Nike says, 'Eliminate first, ask questions later.'" Snake said to Damian. He held his gaze at the hero, yet again without blinking.

"You can try, but I have to say, your chances of killing me seem pretty slim." Damian said confidently, as he transformed into his peak human form, his grew more muscular and slightly taller.

"Impressed yet? Well I'm not finished." After saying this four long spiked tentacles burst out of his back and a bone spike grew out of his arm, similar to the other one. Damian then took a fighting stance

"Shall we fight now? Or are we just going to stand here all day?"

Snake lunged at Damian with amazing speed while pulling out his katana. "We shall fight." He said as he took a swing at the hero.

Damian lept out of the way of the Snake's katana, execpt for one of his tentacles, which was sliced off by it. Damian looked back at his dismembered appendage, which was still trashing around on the floor wildly.

"Well would you look at that." Damian said laughing a little. He then looked back at Snake.

"I'm going to make you pay for that." He said arrogantly. After saying this, he quickly charged towards Snake and attempted to stab him with the spike on his right arm.

Snake attempted to dodge the strike and succeeded except for getting a scratch on his side. "Well well well, guess what, ow doesn't explain this, now does it?" Snake said to the hero. Snake then swung another strike at Damian. he secretly got his pistol ready to shoot at the hero when he was behind Snakes back.

Damian dodged Snake's attack once more by rolling out of the way, but this time he was successful in not sustaining any damage.

"Ha! you missed!" Damian laughed. He then swung his remaining three spiked tentacles towards Snake while he grew out several small spikes from his left arm.

As Damian dodged, Snake shot three rounds into the direction of the heros face. He then saw the arms shooting at him. Snake dodged the projectiles then launched himself at Damian.

When Damian had seen the gun Snake pulled out, he attempted to move out of the way of the incoming bullets. Unfortunately one of the bullets managed to hit him in the ear, but didn't really seem to notice

"Ha! You missed aga...oh wait, never mind..." He said as he saw the blood gushing from his ear and onto the his shirt. He quickly got refocused and proceeded in breaking off one of the small spikes on his arm and throwing it at Snake, who had at that point launched himself towards Damian.

Snake dodged yet another projectile and collided with Damian. He then attempted to stab the hero in the heart.

Damian tried to dodge, but Snake's blade was already too close to escape from completely. Snake's katana had went right through his abdomen and exited out his back, dripping with blood, luckily it had missed his vital organs and bones. Damian looked down at the hand Snake was using to hold the katana, it was now covered in Damian's blood. He then looked up at Snake and smiled, before gripping his hand with his right hand tightly. He then attempted to stab him in the side with the spike on his left arm while one of the tentacles on his back swung at him from the right.
