Personality: Rin is very quiet, never too keen on speaking to people. Her duty is to do her job, not to make friends so she concentrates on doing just that. She doesnt know how to react around people so she is somewhat inexperienced at talking to people. However, past all of this is your average teenage girl, she just cant remember what thats like.

History: Rin was originally brought up in Tokyo, Japan. However, she was different from the other children. She kept to herself and hardly ever spoke. She trained diligently in martial arts such as karate and jujitsu and was a dab hand with weaponary. Her parents had long since given up on her even being normal and attending school like any ordinary girl would. However, her luck was about to change. One night, her parents were murdered in their sleep and, since she'd had trouble sleeping that night, Rin managed to escape. She stowed away on a boat to America and has made herself home in this city since then. She appears as your average University student during the day but when she returns to her apartment and boots up her computer its a whole other story. She runs a website dedicated to those who want someone...'dealt with'. They post their target and the sum of money theyre willing to pay. She then ponders their offer and decides if its worth it. Can't have the cops finding out about this now can we?

Powers: Rin doesn't have a lot of flashy powers, but more subtle ones. For example, if people are to look under her hood into her eyes, she can read exactly what theyre thinking at that moment in time, as well as what theyre thinking. Also, since her job requires excellent reflexes, she has heightened senses. Other than that, she relies on her martial arts and her assassination tools.

Honestly for the powers you have right now I don't think you need to have 3 EP, I think 1 or 2 will be just fine, make it 2 to be safe though.
