Personality: An overgrown dork who's into video games, Anime, computers, comics and many other geeky things. Goofy, sarcastic and laid back, he believes in what is right but also has a crude sense of humor. People love him, he's a funny guy, he's rather famous to the public, a hero to the USA! He even created an armored suit that represented the USA from his own energy. He can be serious when the time calls for it, and is known to be extremely selfless, he cares for his friends and would do anything for them, even if it meant his life. He's a bit of an alcoholic and is, well, partly catholic, he spent a lot of his life with that religion, but over the years, his faith in God has, well faded, even though he can see Angel's and is aware of his presence, he simply has lost faith. A sarcastic, handsome, goofy and fun guy to be around, but like all of us, he has his
problems.

History: Stephen lacks much of a history, he knows very little of his true age and origins...Yet he has lived on this earth for hundreds of years, maintaining his youth still. One faithful day he stumbled onto a man who called himself "The Virtual Man"...They quickly became friends due to how much they had in common. Entropus had entrusted Stephen with overseeing GUN...It's not that Entropus did not trust and love his little brother...He just needed to make sure he'd be okay even if he wasn't around...That's where Stephen came in...Stephen's existence in GUN is only known by Entropus, he is a secret agent that works behind the scenes...Dealing with most of the matters himself, and secretly handing what ever he didn't feel like doing down to Tenshi and Ein. When Pain left GUN for his own emotional distress, Stephen needed to step up and reveal himself...But he had to wait for the right opportunity...Or leadership will not be won.

Stephen has spent a lot of time in the background, letting the other heroes do their work while he ran GUN for them. Stephen is the brains behind GUN believe it or not! He's come back to help with Armageddon, and he's coming back to kick some ass.

Powers:

Energy Projection - Stephen loves this power, the ability to create and use energy at his free will, the color of his energy usually being blue. He's a bit of a dork with this power to, sometimes he finds himself reciting lines from Anime shows as he uses the attacks, mainly DBZ. He can shoot energy from his hands, gather it into a larger blast, shoot it from his eyes, project it through another object, surge his energy through some one, give his energy to someone, shoot it from his fingers, his mouth, anywhere he decides to, what ever looks cool!

Short Distance Teleporting - If Stephen can see it, he can teleport there, and anything he touches he can bring with it.

Barrier Projection - Stephen is able to project blue barriers of energy in nearly any shape or size! (with in reason) He can also use it like an armor, he tends to protect himself with his barrier armor in important battles, constantly keeping it over himself a force field or energy shield or something. Using this of course takes energy, so it cannot be done for ever, but he is usually very smart with using this, the strength and durability of the barriers all depend on his EP, and his is rather high...

Mental Creation - With concentration, Stephen's energy is so advanced that it can create real objects before him, not creatures or anything with life, but technology, armor, weapons, money, nearly any object. The larger or more powerful the object, the more concentration it requires. He is also known for melding his creations with energy, for instance, making an energy sword, or energy imbued armor!

Portal Creation - With enough concentration Stephen can create a portal to nearly anywhere in the galaxy, but he prefers to stay on Earth, well most the time.

Precognition - Able to sense the near future.

Can Survive in Space - Stephen can breathe and survive in space, he's not human!
